What You’ll Actually Do

• Guide borrowers from app to close with skill, speed, and professionalism
• Review income, credit, assets—build clean files that close
• Work side-by-side with our processors and underwriters (they’re actually good)
• Communicate like a pro—no ghosting, no drama, just high-level service
• Show up daily with resilience, energy, and zero entitlement
