Qualificações

• Experience origination of mortgage, home equity, or consumer loans.
• Knowledge of TRID and LE disclosures preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Established referral network is recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Originate mortgage and home equity loan applications.
• Follow up on referrals from realtors and BSNB colleagues.
• Explain lending options and determine appropriate products.
• Collaborate with underwriting and in-house team to speed approvals.
