You will build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, travel to meet clients, and drive financing opportunities from first contact through closing. This is a commission-based role with a draw against future commissions, requiring initiative, outbound outreach, and accountability for results.

• Get out and build relationships by traveling to meet clients and attend networking events.

• Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving with clear next actions.
• Learn the lending business and our origination process to improve performance.
• Help move deals toward closing by coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams.
• Communicate next steps and financing information clearly to manage expectations.
• Own your pipeline and results by maintaining accurate records and meeting activity targets.
