Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and explain programs to clients.
• Evaluate credit and financial status of borrowers for loan proposals.
• Follow up on leads and pursue new borrower opportunities.
• Network with realtors, builders and referral partners.
• Maintain knowledge of available loan products and processing procedures.
