Job summary

Mylocal is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to generate residential mortgage loan production in Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, Huntsville, AL, or Brentwood, TN. This full-time role requires building strong client relationships while navigating the mortgage loan process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mortgage experience, a strong understanding of loan products, and excellent communication skills. The position is commission-based with no base salary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage origination, sales, or banking experience preferred.
• Active NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.
• Excellent skills in managing multiple loan files.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of mortgage prospects.
• Conduct borrower consultations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Ensure all loan interactions comply with applicable regulations.
