• Operate as a self-sourced Mortgage Loan Officer, building and managing your own pipeline with access to a wide array of products and lender options.
• Utilize the platform to maintain revenue opportunities and provide strong support and resources for successful loan production.
• Develop and expand referral networks using tools such as the proprietary Realtor Growth Engine to increase purchase volume.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure smooth loan origination and closing processes.
• Lead your own team or branch if desired, leveraging entrepreneurial opportunities within the role.
