Job summary

Village Capital & Investment LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to handle inbound transfers and outbound calls, guiding borrowers through the refinance process and closing loans efficiently.

You will work with warm leads on VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, using Encompass and CRM tools. A current NMLS license and strong communication are required; we offer competitive base pay plus commission and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain).
• 1+ year of inside sales or call center experience.
• Experience with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loans.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Suite, and loan origination systems (Encompass preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a criminal and credit background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound transfers and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the refinance process.
• Build quick rapport and transition leads to full loan applications.
• Clearly explain VA, FHA, and conventional refinance benefits.
• Manage 30-120 daily calls/emails/texts using pre-scripted communication.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure fast, accurate closings.
• Maintain compliance and professional conduct throughout the process.
