Job summary

Village Capital & Investment LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Draper, UT to drive refinances and loan applications. You will educate borrowers on loan benefits, convert inbound leads, and maintain a high-volume outreach using CRM tools.

The role requires an active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain) and experience in inside sales or call centers. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork will enable closing loans efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate refinance options for VA and FHA cash-out loans
• Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications

• Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing

Basic Qualifications
