Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, providing personalized mortgage solutions that meet their requirements
• Educate clients about different mortgage products, rates, and terms, ensuring they understand their options
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and promptly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agents to facilitate the loan process
• Stay updated on current mortgage trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide relevant advice
• Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, tracking progress and communicating updates to clients throughout the processProvide exceptional customer service, fostering repeat business and referrals
• This position requires a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and a commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership dream through tailored financing solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related finance field
• Strong knowledge of various mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient in using mortgage software and tools, and strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Active NMLS license
