The recruiter will source candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry research, manage the candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews to support company growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage, financial services, or sales recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting commissioned sales professionals.
• Mortgage Loan Officer recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and CRM systems.
