Job summary

Zillow Home Loans is seeking a motivated professional for its Premier Team in Seattle to launch or grow a mortgage career. You will gain hands-on origination, lead management, and customer engagement experience, collaborating with Premier Loan Officers to deliver a seamless, world-class mortgage journey for borrowers and agents.

You will engage directly with clients, perform timely follow-ups, and input contracts accurately while preparing for SAFE licensing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire.
• In-office Seattle, WA; full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by handling borrower and real estate agent inquiries and follow-ups.
• Support end-to-end loan origination from pre-qualification to closing with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage mortgage leads to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Complete a four-month learning plan with SAFE licensing prep and mentorship.
