What You’ll Do
Originate residential mortgage loans from application through closing
Manage your own pipeline and client relationships with complete schedule flexibility
Stay informed on lending guidelines, compliance, and industry trends
Collaborate with a supportive team when you need coverage or backup
Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity

Who You Are
Actively licensed NMLS loan officer in Florida (MN and TX also a plus)
Proven track record of closing at least 3 residential loans per month
Brings an existing book of business and a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Deep knowledge of loan origination systems and mortgage products
Excellent communication and client management skills
