Citizens is hiring dedicated Mortgage Loan Officers who proactively identify and build networks that generate mortgage opportunities. You will interview customers, determine loan needs, and advise on products, terms, and pricing while gathering required information.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales.
• 2+ years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain NMLS Unique Identifier.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to determine loan needs and advise on products, terms and pricing.
• Generate complete mortgage applications following procedures and policies.
• Achieve sales and referral goals by building a book of business.
• Develop relationships with realtors, builders and professionals for referrals.
