Job summary

Bold Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to verify, explain, and process home loan applications. The role requires active state licensing and focuses on guiding customers through loan options while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ mortgage experience preferred.
• Actively fund more than 2 loans per month, or Xinnix Training completion, or Origination mentor assigned to the branch that funds more than 2 loans/month.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan application information.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Travel may be required; must devote substantially more than 50 percent of working hours outside of fixed sites.
