• Ability to convert opportunities into funded loans with strong closing skills.
• Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build your own mortgage loan business within a team that supports you.
• Close loans you start and focus on high conversion rather than call count.
• Receive real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp sessions and ongoing development.
• Leverage a national community and access to multiple lenders and channels to structure deals.
