ALCOVA Mortgage is seeking a results-driven Loan Originator to originate residential and government mortgages in the Wadsworth area. You will educate borrowers, assess credit needs, and guide applicants through the loan process while building relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage industry experience.
• Must be actively licensed as a Loan Officer with NMLS registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Educate borrowers on loan products and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and coordinate with processing and closing teams.
• Meet travel expectations for local client and partner visits.
