KeyBank in Washington state is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to assist clients with residential loan origination and to grow the home lending business. You will advise on loan options, gather documents, and serve as the main contact through closing, while meeting sales goals and maintaining high loan quality.

The role requires 3+ years of mortgage experience, strong communication, and knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a loan officer in 1st mortgage production.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL and RESPA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect home lending business to build and develop new client loan originations.
• Originate and process a targeted number of family residential mortgage transactions.
• Provide clients with detailed information about mortgage options, rates and terms.
• Gather documents at loan registration and remain primary contact during the process.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and loan quality; manage systems/workflows.
• Develop knowledge of KeyBank products and competitive offerings.
• Maintain proficiency on sales/originator systems and workflows.
• Stay informed on real estate market and mortgage industry trends.
• Work in a branch environment 4+ days/week with team huddles and debriefs.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and professional conduct.
