KeyCorp is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans and advise clients on home lending solutions that fit their financial goals. You will develop referrals and meet sales targets while delivering excellent service in a branch setting.

The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA regulations, with a pathway to grow Key's home lending business.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a loan officer in first mortgage production.
• 3+ years working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, ECOA, RESPA and local laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in sales, prospecting, networking and COI relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic mortgage advice.
• Develop partnerships with real estate agents and financial advisors.

• Prospect home lending business to build new client originations and relationships.
• Originate and process targeted mortgage transactions following guidelines.
• Explain mortgage options, rates, and terms to clients.
• Gather documents and be primary contact throughout the loan process.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and loan quality.

• Work in branch environment providing in-person services 4+ days/week.
