Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a loan officer in 1st mortgage production.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL, and RESPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect home lending business to develop new client loan originations and relationships.
• Originate and process a targeted number of family residential real estate mortgage transactions.
• Provide clients with detailed information about mortgage options, rates, and terms.
• Gather documents at loan registration and be the primary client contact during the loan process.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and loan quality.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of KeyBank products and competitive offerings.
• Maintain proficiency on originator systems and workflows.
• Stay informed on real estate and mortgage industry trends.
• Work in a branch environment for in-person client service 4+ days/week.
