Compensation includes a competitive production commission structure, and candidates are expected to have a minimum loan volume experience of $12 million over the past year. The ideal candidate must also meet the requirements set forth in the SAFE Act.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume of $12 million in the past year.
• Must comply with SAFE Act requirements.
