Job summary

Better Lending LLC is seeking an experienced Junior Mortgage Processor to join our growing team in the office. You will review and process mortgage loan files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in borrower documentation and compliance with regulations.

In addition to handling file movements with loan officers and underwriters, you will collaborate to move files efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience is required.
• Prior mortgage experience is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and mortgage guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
