Turbo Mortgage Funding LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. You will guide clients through the loan process, educate borrowers on products and terms, and manage applications from start to finish.

The position emphasizes strong sales, client service, and collaboration with processors and underwriters to meet monthly goals. Banking experience is a plus, with room for growth and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Strong sales skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively convey complex information.
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Loan officer Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and loan needs.
• Educate borrowers on available loan products, rates, and terms.
• Review and analyze financial documents.
• Recommend loan options that best fit the client’s financial situation.
• Take complete and accurate loan applications.
• Manage the loan process from application to closing.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and other internal teams.
• Meet or exceed monthly production and performance goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process.
