Job summary

BloomGuarden in Southfield, MI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential loans and guide borrowers from initial conversations to closing. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Southfield office, with company-provided leads and warm transfers from an internal team.

You will work with processing and support to move files efficiently, maintain NMLS compliance, and grow with a brokerage that is scaling.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Minimum 6 months of mortgage experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Eligible for licensure through the company.
• Must be able to commute to the Southfield office daily.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers from first conversation to closing. This is a full-time, in-office role at the Southfield, MI office. You will not be starting from zero. The company provides leads through multiple channels and warm transfers from its internal team, and an assistant handles support work so you can focus on originating. This role suits a licensed loan officer who is driven by sales, communicates clearly and wants to grow with a brokerage that is scaling.

What You'll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the financing process
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and active clients
