True Financial is seeking a motivated Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Outreach Specialist in Southfield, MI to support Loan Officers with outbound calls and prospecting. Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, sales, call center, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent phone communication and listening skills required.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and following scripts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective mortgage clients.
• Follow approved call scripts and company standards.
• Identify borrower interest and transfer qualified prospects to a licensed Loan Officer.
• Document call outcomes in the CRM accurately.
• Follow up with prospects as directed and maintain professionalism.
