Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding documentation requirements.
• Collect and organize loan-related documentation.
• Track borrower follow-ups and outstanding conditions.
• Manage multiple active loan files simultaneously.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Assist with loan application setup and file organization.
• Coordinate with borrowers, processors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely document collection and submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower financial information.
• Learn mortgage products, company systems, and compliance requirements.
