Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective mortgage clients.
• Follow approved call scripts and company standards.
• Identify potential borrower interest in mortgage products or services.
• Transfer qualified prospects to a licensed Loan Officer.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the company system.
• Follow up with prospects as directed.
• Maintain a professional and respectful tone on every call.
• Ask clear questions and listen carefully to borrower needs.
• Work closely with Loan Officers and management to improve call quality and transfer results.
• Protect borrower information and follow privacy/compliance standards.
