Job summary

Lending Force, LLC in Troy, MI is hiring Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to grow with a top-performing team in a high-energy environment. You’ll work on-site with daily leads and our processing staff to close loans efficiently.

As an active NMLS-licensed LO, you’ll guide clients from application to close, verify income, and analyze credit, staying compliant with federal and Michigan laws. High earning potential and uncapped commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Experience as Mortgage Loan Officer or Loan Originator.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, or non-QM loans preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and Michigan lending laws.
• CRM and mortgage platforms experience (Salesforce/Encompass).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand homeownership goals and loan needs.
• Guide borrowers through the loan origination process from application to close.
• Verify income and perform credit analysis.
• Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams for fast closings.

What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll work directly with clients to help them secure the financing they need — supported by daily leads, an in-house telemarketing team, and a dedicated processing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients to understand their homeownership goals and recommend loan solutions.
• Guide borrowers through the entire loan origination process — from application to close.
• Verify income, perform credit analysis, and ensure loan files are compliant with federal, state, and NMLS standards.
• Work closely with our underwriting and processing teams to ensure fast, accurate closings.
• Stay current on Michigan mortgage regulations, loan products, and market trends.
• Maintain detailed records of loan files, communications, and disclosures.

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS License (Required)
• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Loan Originator
• Familiarity with FNMA, FHA, VA, or non-QM loans preferred
• Knowledge of federal and Michigan state lending laws
• Comfortable with CRM and mortgage platforms (Salesforce, Encompass, or similar)
