True Financial is a fast-growing mortgage lender seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our HQ-like setup, offering live leads delivered daily. This full-time inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans, with uncapped commissions and multiple pay plans.

You’ll work from home, leveraging warm transfers and strong branding support to build a robust pipeline and close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport with borrowers.
• Evaluate financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering excellent customer service.
