True Financial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield. You will close residential and/or commercial loans, handling live leads delivered daily by appointment setters, from a home-based or remote work setup.

This full-time inside sales role offers uncapped commissions and flexible pay plans. You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide applicants through the process, and collaborate with processing teams to close loans efficiently while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
