True Financial is a fast-growing mortgage lender seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our headquarters. The role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans with live transfers and prescreened leads, while allowing remote work options.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of originations experience, a valid NMLS license, and proven success in high-volume inside sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to build client relationships and drive closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilités

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport with borrowers.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Handle multiple lead sources including inbound, transfers, and outbound.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering excellent customer service.

We are seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield.

Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily.

This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.
