Job summary

Sullivan Home Loans is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in mortgage lending. No mortgage experience or license is required; we provide licensing support and hands-on training from the ground up.

After training, you will grow your own client pipeline, develop relationships with Realtors and referral partners, and drive growth through calls, networking, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• No mortgage experience or mortgage license required to apply.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but we value ambition, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, pipeline meetings, and professional development.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of mortgage clients.
• Develop relationships with Realtors, referral partners, past clients, and your personal network.
• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, social media, events, and community involvement.
• Help borrowers understand financing options and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Work closely with our operations team to provide a smooth experience from application through closing.

Job description

Our minimum production requirement puts all of our loan officers making $250,000 a year. Our top loan officer is approaching $500,000 in annual commissions.

This isn't a 9-5 career. Our LOs work hard, often 6 days a week.

They're available to support borrowers when they need them, including nights and weekends.

The opportunity is big, but so is the commitment.

Some previous sales experience is preferred, but we're more interested in finding people who are ambitious, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and ready to build something for themselves.
