Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; mortgage lending and financial analysis background preferred.
• Must be registered with NMLS as a mortgage loan originator.
• 2 years’ experience in construction, real estate and consumer mortgage loan origination and processing.
• Knowledge of lending activities, terminology, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop business; achieve sales goals; cross-sell banking products.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Interview applicants, collect information, and assist in loan applications and determinations.
• Analyze borrower finances, assess credit risk, and review reports and title information.
