UNMB Home Loans Inc. in New York seeks a Mortgage Quality Control Analyst to support compliance efforts, monitor mortgage regulations, and coordinate audits across lending systems, products and services. You will analyze loan data, validate documentation, and advise on regulatory requirements to maintain integrity of mortgage operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in residential mortgage lending QC or 5+ years in mortgage processing with decisioning authority.
• Knowledge of TILA, ECOA, FCRA and related laws.
• Familiar with DU/LPA findings summaries.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-closing audits to detect defects and prevent misrepresentations.
• Conduct post-closing audits to identify defects in loan files.
• Analyze key loan data including LTV, DTI, income, assets, and collateral.
• Validate data/documentation and order appraisals when needed.
• Evaluate origination underwriter decisions across units.
• Support monthly compliance audits for ECOA, TILA, FCRA, and others.
• Maintain and update Quality Control Manual per HUD/VA/GSE updates.
• Manage government insuring/guarantee requirements.
