Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst to ensure compliant mortgage lending practices across the lending lifecycle. You will perform independent reviews, assess adherence to agency and investor guidelines, and communicate findings to Compliance leadership.

Partner with Mortgage Lending and Compliance teams to address issues and strengthen processes. The role requires 3+ years in mortgage lending, 2+ years auditing/QA, and knowledge of HMDA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar; preferred
• 3+ years' of first mortgage loan experience; Required
• 2+ years' first mortgage loan auditing / quality assurance experience with mortgage lending systems; preferred
• 6+ months Experience in a Credit Union setting; preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform independent mortgage loan quality and compliance reviews from origination to servicing.
• Research mortgage compliance questions and translate regulations into practical guidance.
• Support oversight of third‑party quality control vendors and trend analysis.
• Assist with HMDA reporting quality and accuracy and annual internal audits.
