Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years processing/closing experience.
• Proficient with Ellie Mae Encompass or similar LOS.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process and close a minimum pipeline of loans per policy.
• Maintain borrower relationships from application to closing.
• Prepare initial Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure accurately.
• Coordinate with Attorneys, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers for closings.
