Job summary

Trius Lending Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Closer to prepare, verify, and finalize loan packages before disbursement. You will work with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure accurate documentation and timely closings.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, coordinating with involved parties, and maintaining CRM records. A minimum of two years in a similar role is required, with familiarity in private money lending a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Loan Closer or in a related role.
• Proficient knowledge of state and federal regulations related to real estate lending.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with technology software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with private money lending practices is a plus.

Position Summary:

The Loan Closer will be an integral member of our team, responsible for preparing, verifying, and finalizing loan packages before disbursement of funds. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the timely closing of loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies and borrowers to obtain any missing documentation or clarification.
• Prepare closing packages in accordance with lender guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50,000 -$65,000 + volume incentives. Based on experience.
