Qualifications

• Must be registered with NMLS Federal Registry.
• Minimum of two years residential mortgage lending experience.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a network of business relationships with real estate professionals and others.
• Meet with potential borrowers and discuss mortgage needs.
• Present bank mortgage products and services that meet borrower goals.
• Complete borrower applications and analyze financial data.
• Lock rates per guidelines and prepare loan documentation.
• Coordinate with Centralized Processing to order appraisals and attorney work.
• Maintain communication with borrowers on loan status.
• Remain knowledgeable on lending programs and regulatory requirements.
• Service in-house and secondary market loans, including escrow, payments, and payoffs.
• Assist clients with monthly billing and collections and follow up on delinquency.
