Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring dedicated Mortgage Loan Officers who proactively identify and build a quality network of business relationships to generate new mortgage lending opportunities. You will interview customers to determine loan needs, advise on products, gather information, and generate complete mortgage applications while meeting sales goals.

External relationships with realtors, builders, and professionals are encouraged, and you will participate in community efforts to promote home

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in residential mortgage sales.
• 2+ years of residential mortgage sales experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in past 12 months (min $8M).
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
