Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking dedicated Mortgage Loan Officers to proactively identify and maintain a network of business relationships that generate new mortgage lending opportunities. You will interview customers to determine loan needs and advise on products, terms and pricing, while gathering all required information to complete mortgage applications.

External relationships with realtors, builders, and professional contacts help drive sales and meet referral goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in residential mortgage sales.
• Two plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $8 million (minimum).
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, across a broad range of audiences.
• Strong computer skills and experience using laptop technology.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and obtaining an NMLS ID.
