Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I to initiate third‑party service orders on mortgage loans, manage appraisal orders, and review disclosures within guidelines. The role involves extensive contact with customers, vendors and bank staff and reports to the Mortgage Loan Admin Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year clerical, banking or customer service experience required.
• Computer experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn additional applications.

Responsibilities

• Order third party services on mortgage loans, including vouchers and disclosures.
• Order appraisal and manage the process from order to receipt; provide copies to applicants.
• Disclose initial mortgage loan disclosures promptly and accurately; ensure required disclosures are included and timeframes met.
• Verify loan information for accuracy at disclosure; maintain communication with customers, staff and external parties.
• Stay current on loan programs, regulations and bank policies; participate in trainings as needed.
