Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I to initiate third party service orders on mortgage loans, manage appraisal orders, and review disclosures within guidelines. The role involves extensive contact with customers, vendors, and internal staff, reporting to the Mortgage Loan Admin Supervisor.

This Corporate position may be located in a bank division across multiple states, including CO.

Responsibilities

• Order third party services on mortgage loans (e.g., appraisals, certificates, disclosures).
• Manage appraisal orders and follow-up; deliver copies within required time frames.
• Disclose mortgage loan disclosures promptly and accurately; verify fee and loan information.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and staff; stay current on regulations.
