Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is hiring for a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I who will initiate third party service orders, manage appraisal orders, and review disclosures. The role includes extensive contact with customers, vendors, and internal staff; regular communication with the Supervisor and opportunities to suggest improvements.

The position is a corporate role that may be located in any bank division across nine states and offers an entry wage of $16.78+ per hour (Kalispell, MT).

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year clerical, banking or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Order third party services on mortgage loans and related disclosures.
• Order and manage appraisals; deliver copies to applicants within required time frames.
• Disclose initial mortgage loan disclosures promptly and accurately and verify required disclosures within regulatory timeframes.
