Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I to initiate third party service orders, manage appraisal orders, and review disclosures within established guidelines. This Corporate role may be located in any bank division across AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY.

The position requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, with an entry wage of $16.78/hour in Kalispell, MT, plus location-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• 1 year clerical, banking or customer service experience.
• Basic computer experience with Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn additional applications.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Order third party services on mortgage loans (appraisals, title, tax transcripts, etc.).
• Manage appraisal orders and follow-up; deliver copies to applicants within required time.
• Disclose mortgage loan disclosures promptly and accurately; ensure regulatory disclosures are included.
• Verify loan information for accuracy at disclosure time.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and bank staff.
