Job summary

Glacier Bancorp seeks a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I to initiate third-party service orders on mortgage loans, manage appraisal orders, and review disclosures within established guidelines. You will interact with customers, vendors, and staff and suggest operational improvements as needed.

This corporate role may be located in any bank division across our nine-state footprint, including Spokane, WA. Expect strong attention to regulatory compliance and professional communication with all

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year clerical, banking, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn additional computer applications.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Order third-party services on mortgage loans and related documents.
• Manage appraisal orders and follow up; deliver to applicants on time.
• Disclose mortgage loan documents promptly and accurately.
• Verify fee and loan information for accuracy at disclosure.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and vendors.
• Stay current on loan programs and lending regulations.
