Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a Mortgage Loan Admin Specialist I to initiate third party service orders on mortgage loans, manage appraisal orders, and process disclosures with established guidelines. This corporate role may be located in any available bank division across nine-state footprint, including MT.

Entry rate starts at $16.78+ per hour (Kalispell, MT). WA ranges vary by locale; compensation offered is analyzed individually considering location and experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year clerical, banking or customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn new applications.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Order third party services for mortgage loans (e.g., appraisals, title, disclosures).
• Manage appraisal orders and follow-up; deliver copies within required timeframes.
• Disclose required loan documents accurately and promptly within regulatory timeframes.
• Verify fee and loan information for accuracy at disclosure time.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
