Qualifications

• Three years real estate lending experience preferred.
• NMLS registration required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling through interviewing, pre-qualifying, and the mortgage loan application process.
• Monitor and manage mortgage applications pipeline; assist with underwriting conditions; manage rate locks; verify closing figures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the real estate/builder community; represent the Credit Union at community real estate functions; give educational presentations.
• Work with branch lending personnel regarding real estate programs and provide educational support to branches and members.
