• Evaluate financial and credit situations for applications and determine eligibility.
• Develop relationships with area real estate professionals to locate referral partners and new borrowers.
• Prepare the loan file for processing and coordinate with underwriters to move toward closing.
• Assist borrowers and realtors, attend closings, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
