Job summary

Texas Trust Credit Union is seeking a Lending Operations Manager to lead and coach the mortgage servicing and loan operations team. You will drive service level excellence, ensure audit integrity, and manage credit reporting processes, title, and auto insurance claims handling.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI tracking, compliance with fair lending laws, and collaboration with Lending Management to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Mortgage and/or loan servicing.
• 3–5 years in a leadership/manager role.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 4+ years in financial institution environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach mortgage servicing and loan operations.
• Develop processes to enhance service levels and loan maintenance.
• Track KPIs related to processing times and SLA.
• Ensure compliance with fair lending regulations and policies.
• Manage credit reporting processes and disputes.
• Supervise the title department and coordinate with lending teams.
• Oversee auto insurance claims management and recovery efforts.
• Hire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
