Job summary

Members Choice Credit Union in Houston seeks a Mortgage & Commercial Loan Servicing Manager to oversee daily operations of the loan servicing department, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive efficiency across mortgage, direct consumer and commercial loan products.

You will train staff, develop procedures, generate daily and monthly reports, and resolve member questions, with emphasis on accuracy, risk management, and strong communication with internal teams and members.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma with 3–5 years in Loan Operations or Servicing.
• Supervisory experience (1–3 years) in lending ops.
• Knowledge of banking regulations related to lending and operations.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the loan servicing department.
• Lead cross-functional loan servicing team members.
• Develop procedures and manuals; ensure cross-training.
• Assist with loan documentation, bookings, and waivers based on risk.
• Produce reports for accounting, auditors, and regulators.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
