Job summary

Brightshore Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training across Mortgage Servicing operations. You will lead onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing education to ensure accuracy, speed, and strong borrower experiences.

The role collaborates with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and HR to align learning with policy changes, investor guidelines, and system updates, driving measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage servicing, financial services, training, learning and development, or related professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for new hires, existing team members, and leaders across Mortgage Servicing operations.
